1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jayq9 platform and all related services. By creating an account or using the services on jayq9, you are voluntarily and fully agreeing to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement.

Using any service on jayq9 means you have fully read and understood these Terms.
These Terms may be revised from time to time, and any changes will take effect as soon as they are published.
It is each user's responsibility to check this page regularly and stay informed about any changes.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use jayq9's services. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of identity at any time for the purpose of age verification.

2.2 Account Creation Requirements

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in both accounts being cancelled.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
jayq9 reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information at any time.
It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.

2.3 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. Sharing your login credentials with third parties is prohibited and may result in permanent account cancellation.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jayq9 is ৳100 (per method). We accept the following payment methods available in Bangladesh:

bKash — Mobile banking payment
Nagad — Digital financial service
Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
Bank Transfer — Through major banks in Bangladesh (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank)

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. jayq9 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal request.

Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
If fraud is suspected, jayq9 may put a withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.3 Transaction Limits

jayq9 reserves the right to set maximum transaction limits. Unusual or suspicious transactions may be temporarily held and may require additional verification.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

You will receive a 120% bonus on your first deposit at jayq9, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making your total balance ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳18,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making your total balance ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

jayq9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
A bonus offer applies only once per household, device, or IP address.
Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
Each bonus has a specific expiry period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
Bonus opportunities are limited — jayq9 does not make any bonus offer mandatory.

5 VIP Program and Rewards

jayq9's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits:

Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your regular and active participation on the platform. jayq9 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program. Cashback is credited directly to your account and may be subject to its own wagering requirements.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jayq9 platform:

Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means.
Operating games using software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
Selling, renting, or transferring an account to another person.
Intentionally exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Behaving in an abusive manner toward other users or staff.
Registering using fake or stolen identity documents.

If any such activity is detected, jayq9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently cancel the account and forfeit any related winnings.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jayq9 platform — including logos, graphic designs, software, text, game names, and services — is the exclusive intellectual property of jayq9. These materials:

May not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior permission.
May not be modified or misused for commercial or personal purposes.
Will be considered illegal if transferred to third parties.

If anyone misuses jayq9's intellectual property in violation of these Terms, jayq9 reserves the right to take legal action.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Service Interruptions and Technical Issues

jayq9 aims to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary unavailability may occur in some cases. jayq9 will not be held liable in the following situations:

If the platform is unavailable during scheduled maintenance.
If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway.
If a game result is affected by a technical error in the software or server.

In such cases, jayq9 will work to find an appropriate resolution based on accurate information. Erroneous winnings resulting from a technical fault will be automatically considered void.

11 Account Closure and Bans

11.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

11.2 jayq9's Rights

jayq9 may suspend or cancel an account without prior notice in the following situations:

If any clause of these Terms is violated.
If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

12 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or complaint between jayq9 and a user will first be addressed through an amicable resolution process. The procedure for handling disputes is as follows:

Step 2: The support team will review your complaint and gather the necessary information.
Step 3: jayq9 management will issue a final decision, which will be binding on both parties.

13 Limitation of Liability

jayq9 will not be liable for any financial compensation in the following cases:

Loss caused by the user's own error or negligence.
Loss caused by the failure of third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers).

Service disruption due to natural disaster or other unavoidable circumstances.

jayq9's maximum liability will in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
